Our seven year old AC Unit needed a new coil. Since we hope to move in the next year, we did not want to replace the entire AC Unit. Some companies pushed for us to replace the unit and were hesitant to replace the part. ACR worked with us to replace the part at a fair price. We used their second opinion coupon to get a free estimate. They did not charge extra to use our credit card. AC technician Joey was efficient, helpful, and polite. Highly recommend. Read Less

We were in need of air-conditioning service on a unit installed by ACR for the previous homeowners. Had a great overall experience with ACR. It was easy to schedule, Jonathan the service tech showed up on time and did a thorough job as well as explained a number of elements related to the system. Throughout the process they were very communicative to send reminders of the scheduled service as well as the timing of the arrival of the service tech. We will continue to use and I recommend ACR for your air-conditioning needs. 5/28/24 Update We used ACR once again for our regular maintenance. Attila was our tech this time. Similar to our previous experiences with ACR, Attila showed up on time and completed thorough maintenance service quickly and effectively.
